33-year-old patient, treated with Ross procedure (failure of aortic valve) and RIMA-RCA CABG (lesion in the RCA), then with LIMA-LAD CABG and implementation of ECMO for hemodynamic support after weaning off cardiopulmonary bypass. Patient experienced multiple episodes of ventricular fibrillation with troponin elevation.

Urgent coronary angiogram is performed.
