To compare the effect on platelet reactivity of ticagrelor 90 mg twice daily and prasugrel 10 mg once daily in patients with STEMI, using PRU measurement by VerifyNow®, VASP phosphorylation and measurement of residual platelet aggregation by light transmission aggregometry (LTA).
